If you or a loved one is struggling with depression,
Help is available.
Depression is the most commonly reported mental health challenge in the world. Depression can feel like emptiness, persistent sadness, hopelessness, lack of energy, or lack of joy, among other things. We may have a hard time concentrating, we may lose our appetite, we may experience disturbances in our sleep patterns.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
I use CBT, mindfulness, and behavioral exercises to help clients increase their sense of wellbeing, rebuild hope and re-discover clarity. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy may be an option for also individuals finding few benefits from other approaches.
