The symptoms of anxiety include everything from feeling nervous with no apparent cause to profound physical responses like rapid breathing and increased heart-rate. Our stomachs may cramp, our concentration evaporate. Crowds can be paralyzing, new social situations deeply unsettling. Sometimes it feels like we’re definitely going to die.

I use CBT, mindfulness, and behavioral exercises to help clients improve their baseline sense of ease and wellbeing, strengthen their comfort in social settings, and overcome irrational fears.
